Most engagements are delivered in two to four weeks. Larger ones are estimated during the audit, and the phased plan with its timeline exists before anything is signed.
By completed phase, by the hour, or as a full project with a deposit and monthly payments. Which one fits is decided during architecture, along with the scope, and it is in writing before anything gets built.
You do. The code, the data and the infrastructure belong to your company from day one. If you ever decide to carry on without us, you take all of it with you.
With what is already there, almost always. The audit begins by looking at the systems that are running, and much of the work tends to be getting them to talk to each other. Starting over is a decision someone makes, not the default.
It gets replanned and signed off again. Every phase starts with what it includes and what it does not already settled, so a change shows up as what it is: new work with its own timeline and price, rather than an argument about what was said.
Handover to the team that will use it, documentation on how it works, and support through the first few weeks. After that, maintenance if you want it: fixes, updates and changes as the business changes.
